Service was friendly and professional. Tech was great and made the blown pool motor less painful. If you’re not using Sunray…why not?

Sunray is awesome! We have been using them for many years for pool cleaning, but also repairs. John came out quickly today and took care of an issue. He also took the time to answer a few questions I had. We really appreciate the friendliness, fast responses, efficient repairs, and fair pricing. They're good people and I really trust them.

I am thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service provided by Sunray Pool Service Co, and specifically by my technician, John. He arrived exactly on time and exhibited top-tier professionalism from start to finish.

Sunray has done great warranty work on my equipment pad before, and John’s familiarity with my layout was obvious. He diagnosed the issue immediately. While it looked like a total hardware failure on my automation panel screen, John dug deeper, unscrewed the flow switch sensor, and discovered it was simply heavily coated in calcium scale.

Instead of trying to upsell me on a costly replacement part, he meticulously cleaned the original sensor off, reinstalled it perfectly, and got my entire Hayward AquaRite system back up and running flawlessly in no time.

It is rare to find a technician with this level of honesty, speed, and technical competence.

I give John an absolute five-star rating and highly recommend Sunray to any San Antonio homeowner looking for honest pool equipment experts who do the job right the first time!

I'm really happy with Sunray Pool Service. They remove all the vegitation that falls into the pool during the week, brush the sides and balance the chemicials. And - they do it every week on time without fail! Our pool never looked better.
